On November 3, virtual meeting of head of CDC Prof. E. Sanikidze with foreign students was held at CDC. The meeting aimed to get acquainted with the mission, tasks and principles of CDC activities, to discuss the interests and needs of students.
Students expressed interest in the activities of the center, the role of interest groups in career development, the project of a new students' journal. The basic need is to acquire skills and get more practice. Especially in the surgical direction. It was suggested that after completing the academic cycle in the specialty of interest, it would be good to create the means and conditions for further mentoring.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided that students would complete the provided questionnaires and self-assessment forms, at which point they would collaborate on the individual format of an individual consultation and interest in a career meeting with a specialist.
