The graduation Ceremony of David Tvildiani Medical University was celebrated on July 30, 2021.
Due to the epidemic situation in the country, last two year’s Graduation Ceremony were unusually different from the events of other years.
During the event, a minute of silence we remembered the graduate student Davit Margiani, who will forever remain in our hearts and memories, a minute of silence we also remembered people,who died during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Rector of the University, Mr. Levan Tvildiani and the Dean, Ms. Nino Bregvadze gave the speech during this ceremony.
Traditionally, the rector of the university revealed the best student from 2021’s graduates, who became Mariam Mepistsveridze and Ana Sinauridze.
The winners were awarded the "Rector's Choice" award and a cash prize.
University students read the "Physicians Oath", this Oath proofs, that David Tvildiani Medical University’s students are aware of their responsibilities, will never forget it and they will always take care of their patients, because of their profession, which is closely connected with human life. After the Oath, Dean Mrs. Nino Bregvadze awarded students with memorable certificates of university. Then students have signed the Oath.
Graduates of 2021 had revealed 2 nominations for academicians. Winners were awarded by the memorable certificates. For the nomination “The bests lecturer for class of 2021 in Basic Medical Sciences” became Mrs. Tamar Kezeli “The best lecturer for class of 2021 in Clinical Sciences” - Mrs. Maka Ioseliani
